We offer various programs, designed for children of all ages and skill levels. Through individual attention, we provide every program to best meet the needs of each child.
Podrastayka Gymnasts (developing gymnastics for boys and gils (2-4y.o.)
The goals of the program are to form the main types of movements, promote the harmonious development of the body, expand the range of actions with apparatuses, and overcome uncertainty.
Classes are held in the form of fun games with balls, hoops, ribbons and other sports equipment, appropriate for there age, and just have fun with friends.
Class takes 1 hour
Beginner Gymnasts (4-6 y.o.)
The program is designed taking into account the physical form and age of children. In addition, coach focuses on the individual progress of each child.
The program include:
gymnastic exercises for the development of flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, endurance, speed;
developmental exercises with and without apparatuses;
teaching basic rhythmic gymnastics technique
Students of this classes will participate in two or more scheduled performances throughout the season.
Class takes 1 hour
Novice Gymnasts (6-8y.o.)
This program teaches basic rhythmic gymnastics technique including flexibility, coordination, strength, grace, and apparatus handling with rope, hoop, ball, and ribbon.
Girls begin to learn the basic elements of rhythmic gymnastics (pivots, jumps and balances)
Students of this classes will participate in two or more scheduled performances and, taking into account individual progress, can take part in local competitions in the end of the season.
Class takes 1,5 hour
Stretching classes for adults, athletes and dancers (8 y.o. and older)
Program activities include cardiovascular fitness and body conditioning, jumping, balances, stretching, basic acrobatics skills, introductory apparatus handling, body movement and rhythmic mechanics.
These classes are perfect for dancers, skaters and cheerleaders.
Group and private classes are available.
Competitive Team (6 y.o. and up)
Gymnasts begin competing in level 3. Gymnasts are handpicked from a Novice Gymnasts class and invited to be a member of the competitive team. As a gymnast’s abilities increase, the gymnast moves up in level, which includes more difficult skills and requires more hours of practice per week. Coaches determine if a student should move up a level at the end of each competitive season.
FOCUS: Basic techniques of the body would be reinforced, and a progression of harder body and apparatus difficulties will be taught. Athletes will learn their own choreographed routines to be prepared for local, State and Regional Competition. Members of the team also participate in all scheduled performances throughout the season.
